Referred to by us as "The BBC" - Banyan Bay Condominiums is located just across the street from The Centre Shops on Gulf of Mexico Drive.  With a spectacular view of the beach right from the family room, you can enjoy sunsets even from inside the comfort of your unit.  Everything in the unit is brand new, as the previous owner's remodeled in January of 2003.  All appliances, furniture, tile, fixtures, etc - are sparkling!  A gulf view can be enjoyed from the kitchen, family room, dining area, and Master Bedroom/Bath.  There is a patio off the master bedroom with a table, four chairs, and an umbrella for shade.   The unit is equipped with a large TV in the family room, DVD players, Cable TV, Hi-speed internet access, and a Flat Screen TV in the master bedroom - basically anything you need to stay connected during your stay. Banyan Bay Condos also has a private tennis court, clubhouse, exercise room and pool...all are located just across the street.  Since all these amenities are across the street, it does lend this unit to be a little more private to enjoy the sunsets.  Also across the street is a beautiful bay with a dock and buoy anchors for boating/kayaking.  This condominium complex has a total of 44 units, and most are across the street - so it seems more private/secluded than a high rise style condominium with shared or attached balconies.   Since the Centre Shops is located walking distance from the condo, you can enjoy the shops, Maureen's Palm Grille (one of my favorites for dinner), and The Blue Dolphin Café (another favorite for breakfast and/or lunch) for dining. Step out on the porch and you are about 50 yards or so from the gulf.  The sand is literally steps away from the patio.  You just can't hardly get any closer to the beach than this! No Pets - two month minimum stay...would be willing to rent annually.
